The water used on the premises, due to its natural physical chemist properties,
is classifiable as one of the best, low in mineral content waters on the
market. The moderate content of salts (residual even to 130mg/l), the
low value of sodium ion (2.5mg/l), the modest quantity of nitrates, the
absence of nitrites, ammonia and colibacteria makes this water light and
digestible, extremely pure, moderately diuretic and suitable for all diets
low in sodium.
The vegetable garden at the disposal of the guests will
be particularly enjoyed by those who love and treasure the real flavours
of the fresh biological garden produce. The orchard is there for guests
to take to their tables fresh fruit ( apples, pears, figs, grapes, plums,
nuts...). The surrounding woods, rich with mushrooms in spring and autumn,
will be greatly appreciated by those expert seekers.
