SEASONAL

A minimum stay of 7 days is applied only in July and August, while 5 days is the minimum stay between Christmas and New Year’s Day. Except the month of July, the minimum stay in medium season is 3 days while in low season is 2 days.

High season: August and the period of New Year’s Day.
Medium season: June, July, September plus periods including the following dates: Easter,  25th of April, 1st of May, 1st of November, 8th of December and Christmas.
Low season: all others periods.
SERVICES INCLUDED
Use of private equipped kitchen
Weekly change of bed and bathroom linen
Washing machine in the apartment
Water, electricity and gas
SERVICES NOT INCLUDED

Heating cost is 8 euro/day for the small flats, 15 for the bigger one
Final cleaning cost is 20 euro/day for the small flats, 30 for the bigger one
PAYMENT
  • 30% deposit by bank transfer or postal order on booking
  • Settlement on leaving
